The dead will walk

Happy Halloween everybody! What are you up to tonight? Anyone celebrating here?
I'm staying at home. I had my fair share of Halloween fun this weekend. This Friday I'll be going to the show of the famous Glam Rockers (read mockers) Steel Panther, so I'll have another chance to dress up.
In some trashier costume version.

As I told you, we took a walk at the cemetery in the evening. I'm so happy with how the pictures turned out to be. I could do stuff like this every week. Dressing up, yes!
I was something between a vampire or a zombie Lana Del Rey. Whom, I found out today, will be playing in Belgium next year. Hoping I'll be able to go!

Here they're! Must be one of my favorite pictures on the blog so far!

Thanks again to Annebeth for organizing and inviting me to this great party!

Halloween party

Yesterday night I was invited to my first real Halloween party at Annebeth's house.
I couldn't have been more excited, because I adooore Halloween and all stuff related to it.
Unfortunately it's not that widely celebrated (read not at all) in Belgium. But all you need for an awesome party is just some great minds who think alike.
We carved our own pumpkins and afterwards ate delicious pumpkin soup made out of carving leftovers.
The evening was beyond awesome, we ate, drank and laughed. Halloween food is the best, btw!
The four brave ones, including me, made a walk through the cemetery, while dark. It was more funny than, scary somehow.
To end the night we decided to watch a scary movie. Though only me and Bels sisters really insisted on it.
The rest of the girls tried to convince us to watch a 'less scary' one. We ended up watching 'The Woman In Black' with Daniel Radcliffe. Which turned out to be more lame and badly written, than scary to me. I prefer a real frightening movie! I almost fell asleep during it. We did laugh a lot with it. Girls will be girls, huh?!

Anyhow, I had the best time! I wish Halloween was at least 10 times a year or so!
Here're the pictures from last night.

Part II with our cemetery walk and outfit pictures will be revealed at Halloween.
Have a creepy week, peoplez!

Sorry, for the absence. I'm without outfit pictures at the moment and quite busy.
New outfit post will follow this weekend. Btw, I'm finally officially graduating this Friday.
This is just what inspires me at this moment.

50 Shades of Grey

Yes, I really did call my post this. Maybe it's a proof of how uninspired I'm right now.
No, I haven't read the book yet, but everybody has an opinion on it and I like to form my own. So I'll be reading it in some near or distant future. I got through Twilight after all.
I read much different genres, so we'll see about what Christian Grey has to offer.
On the outfit, I'm back in my comfort zone of blacks and grays.

Wearing: Black Balloon coat, 3 Suisses sweater, Coolcat jeans, Sacha shoes, Zara bag, H&M necklace, Dyrberg/Kern earrings.

Sun & shadow

Well, didn't post as I planned, again. Life has been an emotional rollercoaster lately. Even more than the usual. Don't really want to write about it right now, trying to focus on the bright side of life. I guess life isn't real if there's no shadow side to it. Look at me being all philosophical and shizz.
Belgian weather is still as unpredictable as my life, so at least that's a stable (depends how you look on it) factor.
So, here're some sunny pics. Wearing my new stuff from the previous post .

Wearing: True Spirit jacket, Primark dress, Shoe Discount shoes, Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses, Action watch, River Island necklace.

New load of Fall accessories

The money from the closet sale got reinvested pretty quickly, as you can see.
It came in quite handy. The Anna Dello Russo's collection hit the H&M stores week after. I'm a fan of her opulent style, so I'm quite happy to have my two favorite pieces from the collection.
The majority of it was a disappointement, the plastic or cheap metal isn't always a great way to imitate diamonds and gold. Though, some pieces were quite succesful and I'm a fan of the packaging. Gotta love jewelry in boxes!
Now I'm ready for the F/W season with my new accessories. You can never have too much!

Crocodile glasses and bracelet Anna Dello Russo for H&M, Ray-Ban Aviator glasses via Smart Buy Glasses, Peace necklace and cross hair clip River Island, Suede jacket True Spirit

Such a cute fella ^^

Turquoise is my new favorite color. Biker jacket love!
